Place Capital Group architecture and urban design practice MCAU has strengthened its growing team with the appointment of architect Niza N. Nyimbili and designer Hayley Kirui.

Niza joins MCAU’s Manchester team as an Architect and is already working on the flagship Reno Moss Side regeneration scheme alongside MSV Housing and Caddick Construction.

Bringing experience in architecture and residential design, Niza joins the practice as it continues to expand its work across housing, regeneration and placemaking.

Also joining the team is Hayley Kirui, who brings five years of experience across a diverse range of projects including luxury homes, heritage buildings, apartment schemes and university developments.

Hayley has a particular interest in community-led design and will be contributing to MCAU’s growing portfolio of social housing and community-focused projects.

As part of Place Capital Group, MCAU brings architecture, masterplanning and urban design expertise into the Group’s wider approach to neighbourhood regeneration, helping create places shaped around the needs of communities.

The new appointments further strengthen MCAU’s design capability as the practice continues to grow its portfolio across the UK.
